Building an exterior care scope without fluff
A practical outline facilities can attach to a PO.

Start with elevations and substrates, not adjectives. List faces, materials, soil issues, and success criteria.
Add method per face, chemistry approach, runoff/BMP notes, Part 107 plan status, and documentation deliverables.
Name exclusions: interiors, roofs not in scope, hazardous materials, and any face that needs a separate specialty vendor.
End with change-order triggers: weather, airspace, discovery of coating failure, or guest-event conflicts. Clear triggers keep both sides out of email theater.
