Drone wetting and rinse solve access. They do not automatically deliver streak-free glass.
Guest-facing and atrium glass often still need pole, pure-water, or lift finish after a rinse pass. Scope both so nobody is surprised at punch-list time.
Use drones where stand-off reaches zones that are slow or unsafe to stage every visit. Hand off cleanly when the finish standard demands a human on the glass.
Hotels and Class A offices should see that handoff in writing. Ambiguity here creates the loudest complaints.
