Facade soft wash under Part 107 is operations, not a demo reel. Licensed remote pilots, site-specific airspace review, and a written stand-off plan belong with the work packet.
Ground crew owns hose runs, pedestrian control, and abort signals. The pilot owns the aircraft and the decision to stand down when wind, traffic, or unexpected airspace activity shows up.
If the site sits under controlled airspace, near heliports, or beside dense crane activity, the plan may end with “no flight today” and a lift backup. That is a successful safety plan, not a failed sale.
Keep credentials, airspace notes, and the abort criteria with the job file. The next visit should start from facts, not memory.
