Occupied buildings need a protocol, not hope. Confirm quiet hours, loading dock rules, and who on property owns day-of decisions.

Cones, hose runs, and rinse spray are guest-visible. Brief the front desk or security before wheels roll.

If rooms are occupied on a work face, shift elevations or methods. Soft wash mist that is fine at dawn can be a problem at brunch.

Write the protocol into the work order. Verbal-only plans evaporate at shift change.
