Soft wash vs pressure washing on facades
Why low pressure plus chemistry beats blast on EIFS, coatings, and mortar.

Pressure washing removes soil by force. Soft wash removes organic soil with chemistry and low pressure, then rinses.
On commercial facades, force is often the wrong lever. EIFS, soft mortar, and coated panels take damage that does not show until the next freeze-thaw or ownership walk.
Use pressure where the substrate and detail call for it - concrete walks, some hardscape - and keep it off delicate cladding.
If a bidder only talks PSI, ask about chemistry, dwell, and substrate. The number on the wand is not the method.
